Frequently asked questions
What is included in the session fee?
Your session fee includes the photographer’s and editor’s time, as well as a selection of digital images (depending on your package, image quantity varies).
Where do you shoot?
Mini shoot events such as fall minis, holiday minis etc have pre-selected locations and dates. All session types take place in and around the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
Newborn sessions may take place at your home, or a local photography studio in the Northwest suburbs.
Outside of mini session events or newborn shoots, we can review options for locations you prefer. Note that locations farther than 25 miles from Rolling Meadows, IL will require a travel fee.
Do you provide a print release?
Yes! All sessions are provided a print release, and files sized perfectly for printing. Though I do not offer printing services in house, I am happy to provide recommendations for national and local print shops.
I don’t know what to wear, can you help?

When will I receive the photos from my shoot?
Generally a proof gallery is shared within 3-5 business days after your session. Your final gallery is delivered within 7 business days after you have finalized your order.
What is a proof gallery? What if I want more images?
A proof gallery contains all the unedited images from your session (minus any blinkers, out of focus, duplicates etc). It is delivered within 3-5 business days after your session. You select your favorites for your order from this gallery. Selected images are fine tuned (edited for tone, contrast, exposure and light retouching).
Additional images can be purchased a la carte or in a set of 5, 10, 15 or full gallery purchase.
